What does it cost?
The price depends on the number of households and the add-ons you choose. You get a concrete price after the demo, and the demo is free with no obligation.
Can we move from what we use today?
Yes. Member lists from spreadsheets and exports from other systems can be imported. The system checks the data, finds duplicates and shows a test run before anything is saved.
Where is our data stored?
The platform is hosted in the EU/EEA. Only the board and the people you give access can see the association’s information, and all access is logged.
Can we leave again?
Yes. You can download all your data at any time in a structured, encrypted format. We want you to stay because it works, not because it is hard to leave.
Do residents need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.
How do payments work?
Dues are paid through Betalingsservice or card. Samlet Forening keeps track of who has paid and who is behind, and never sees card or wallet details.
